Explore the agave-forward Tequila Ocho Plata the world’s first single-estate single-field tequila that expresses the purest agave flavor. Made using traditional sustainable additive-free methods that celebrate the terroir of its Jalisco highlands home this tequila was founded by tequila expert and restaurateur Tomas Estes and third-generation Master Distiller Carlos Camarena. Tequila Ocho Plata is made from the finest overripe agaves and slow-cooked in stone ovens the artisanally old-fashioned way. This tequila features full and complex agave notes along with crisp bright aromas of lively citrus and a long harmonious finish. Whether enjoyed neat on the rocks or in signature craft cocktails such as a paloma this tequila blanco offers a unique flavor. The award-winning liquor was named Best Blanco Tequila at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2022. The 750 ml bottle of tequila has 40% alcohol by volume and should be enjoyed responsibly.

Tequila aged for at least two months

Tequila Ocho Repo offers a rich and smooth experience with notes of cooked agave, vanilla, subtle spice, and a hint of oak, all balanced by a long creamy finish.

Flavor and Aroma: Cooked Agave, Oak, Vanilla, and Semi-sweet Chocolate, with notes of Caramel, Butter, Cinnamon, and Citrus. But, each Lot is unique.

Aromas of citrus, caramel, butter, cooked agave, and sage are the beginning of a pleasingly balanced and very unique tasting experience. Fortaleza Reposado has it’s own distinct character, and is not like any other tequila. Flavors include cooked agave, citrus, vanilla, apple, earth, and cinnamon. The finish is long and rich, delicately spicy, and it has an oily texture that make this a joy to drink.

Tequila aged one year or longer

Clase Azul Plata Tequila is a fresh tasting blanco tequila produced from 100% organic blue weber agave. Plata is not aged and the natural colors that come from the slow cooking are filtered out prior to bottling in a stunning crystal clear bottle with blue accent at its base.
